We’re looking forward to working with you. This is what we would need from you on your end:

• 10-20 girls aged 11-16 who are interested in making games
• 1 or preferably 2 rooms equipped with computers that we’ll have access to during the entire workshop period of 3-5 days
• A local tech support person who will be available before and during the workshop and all required passwords to be able to install software
• Access to the computers before the workshop begins to install the software
• Lunch plan: Will the girls bring their own food or will you order the food? How will you handle dietary restrictions?
